Milled from non-corrosive magnetic stainless steel, each staple head is rounded to prevent tissue from catching or tearing. Tines are frosted to guide placement and insertion depth. Large staples are used primarily in adults; small staples are used primarily for children or for tight joint spaces. Medium staples are convenient for both knee and shoulder reconstruction.
