Replacement stretcher pad for gurneys and transports, designed for pressure management and patient comfort. Universal corners and loop velcro down center bottom. Constructed of medium density comfort foam with a top layer of anti-shear pressure management foam.  Covered with soft 4-way stretch vinyl fabric, which is latex-free, anti-microbial and fluid/stain resistant. 4" thick overall. Made in USA.
