Recalls
The Zimmer Biomet Spinal Rod Cutters (00-3925-002-00) have been recalled (all lots), due to the potential for fracture during use. These cutters are primarily used in spine procedures to cut stainless steel rods. If the pin cutter were to fracture during use, it would be easily recognized. The highest severity event may result if the cutters were to fracture intra-operatively in an internal fixation procedure and a fragment creates a puncture wound that resulted in permanent impairment of a body function or damage to a body structure.

Zimmer Biomet is conducting a medical device recall for all lots of the Alvarado TM Knee Holder Base Plate Assembly and Foot Piece and all lots of the Alvarado™ II Base Plate and Foot Piece due to potentially inadequate cleaning procedures.

Visitors to the showroom can also shop the extensive pre-owned division, A-Z Ortho. A-Z Ortho offers tens of thousands current and discontinued instruments and implants from all the industry’s major manufacturers—from Ace to Zimmer and every company in between.
The showroom is located at the MPR corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN--part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

FOB
FOB Destination via United Parcel Service, ground only. Emergency, expedite and other orders requiring special handling will be FOB origin.

Return Goods Policy
The customer should notify their MPR salesperson immediately if product received is not what was ordered. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued and instructions given to return incorrect shipment.
- Full credit for shipment, if return is due to our error, and product is returned within 30 days
If a customer ordered product(s) in error or does not want to keep the product(s) ordered, the customer should notify their MPR salesperson of the intended return. The customer will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and receive instructions on how to return the product(s). The following restocking percent will be assessed:
- Returns within 30 days of delivery 15%
- Returns 31 to 60 days of delivery 20%
o Credit for sterile packaged products, only if returned in the original, unopened, undamaged shelf package
o Products that are damaged or custom made cannot be returned
o Products that are a special order cannot be returned
